Battery Replacement:

Unscrew the tail cap to inset battery with the anode side(+) towards the light’s head, and then screw the tail cap back on.

Operation Instruction:

The LED flashlight is set with only one tail cap switch.

Output Selection

Press the tail switch, the light is on. Then, to click the side switch to cycle through Turbo-High-Middle-Low-Firefly.

Strobe:

When the light is in any modes or is off, double click of the side switch enters into Strobe mode; click again to turn back to previous mode.

Low voltage protection function

The light continuously blinks when the battery’s current is up to 2.8V; and the current is in 2.6V one second later, the light is off 

Over-heat Protection:

The torch will accumulate a lot of heat when it is working at High brightness level.  So, High lights for 3 minutes, the flashlight will automatically adjust the output to  Mid brightness level in order to prevent the light from overheating.

The torch will also accumulate heat when it is working at Middle Brightness level. 

So, Mid lights for 30 minutes, the flashlight will automatically adjust the output to Low brightness level in order to avoid overheating. If you need Mid brightness level,  please switch it manually.

Usage and Maintenance:

1.Disassembling the sealed head can cause damage to the light and void      the warranty.

2.Sofirn recommends using high-quality batteries. If the flashlight will not be used for an extended period, please remove the battery, or the flashlight might be damaged by the electrolyte leakage or battery explosion.

3.Please unscrew the tail cap one-half turn or take out the battery to prevent accidental activation during storage or transportation.

4.please use cleaning cloth to clean the thread every 6 months, and it will be better to use silicone grease to oil thread.

5.Long-tern usage can result in O-ring wear. To maintain a proper water seal, replace the ring with an approved spare.

6.Periodic cleaning of the battery contacts improves the flashlight’s performance as dirty contacts may cause the flashlight to flicker, shine intermittently or even fail to illuminate for the following reasons:

Reason A: The battery needs replacement.

Solution: please replace battery. Please confirm the correct installation Reason B: The threads, PCB board contact or other contacts are dirty.

Solutions: please clean the contact points with a cotton swab soaked in rubbing alcohol.
